Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The district manager reached out and apologized for the incident and transferred my balance to a different branch!
Recently that has all changed, the lady in the office can never provide accurate information and repeatedly puts me on hold. I was inquiring about refinancing my loan, me and the lady have a back and forth, she places me on hold. While holding I continue to express my frustration, Ryan then picks up the phone aggressively and says he doesn't want my business. I went ballistics as a white male would tell me a black woman that he doesn't want my business!!
That was incredibly disrespectful!
I was supposed to receive a call from the district manager and that has yet to happen!! 404.304.5621

I was wanting to know why security finance is sending my 14-year-old granddaughter something in the mail at my daughter's previous address which just passed away she had a loan with security finance why are they sending her daughter something in the mail from them? All the info on the submit form I put it in my daughter's name her loan number but I am her mother my name is Linda Charles and the phone number I provided it is my phone number if you'd like to contact me at my email it is angelwings3681@***.com.
I live in Rome Georgia my daughter lived in Tunnel Hill Georgia where she lived at her friend called and told me that her daughter Madison had gotten something in the mail from security finance and did not want to give it to her not knowing what it was because she's still grieving over her mother so if you can please give me clarification on why they sent something to my granddaughter would be appreciated. Thank you
